A Day of Keeping Edmonton Warm One Home at a Time

6:00 AM – Rise and Shine

The day begins early at JDK Heating & Cooling. After checking the schedule and grabbing my service van, I’m ready to face another busy day helping residents across the Edmonton area stay comfortable in their homes.

7:30 AM – First Call in Sherwood Park

My first stop is a furnace maintenance call in Sherwood Park. Winter is approaching, and smart homeowners are getting their heating systems checked before the cold sets in. This preventative maintenance can save them from emergency calls when temperatures plummet.

10:00 AM – Emergency Call in Saint Albert

Just finished in Sherwood Park when a priority call comes in from Saint Albert. A family’s heating system stopped working overnight. These are the calls that remind me why I love this job – being able to help people when they need it most.

12:30 PM – Lunch Break in Beaumont

Quick lunch break before heading to an installation job. I use this time to review the afternoon schedule and ensure I have all necessary parts for upcoming calls.

1:15 PM – Heater Installation in Ardrossan

The afternoon involves installing a new heating system for a growing family in Ardrossan. It’s satisfying knowing they’ll have reliable heat for years to come.

4:00 PM – Final Service Call in Bremner

Last stop of the day is a routine maintenance check in Bremner. These regular check-ups help prevent major issues down the line.

What Makes Every Day Worth It:

  • Meeting different people across our service areas
  • Solving unique heating and cooling challenges
  • Helping families stay comfortable in their homes
  • Working with a dedicated team of professionals
  • Continuous learning about new HVAC technologies

Whether it’s a routine maintenance check or an emergency repair, every day brings new opportunities to serve our community. That’s what makes working at JDK Heating & Cooling more than just a job – it’s about making a real difference in people’s lives, one home at a time.

Remember, regular maintenance is key to preventing those middle-of-the-night emergencies. Stay warm, Edmonton!
